Write the bonus rules before the campaign headline
A practical way to describe wagering, eligibility and rewards without making the player interpret your database.
Start with the promise the player can understand
A large percentage makes an offer easy to notice. It does not explain what the player receives, which funds are eligible or how those funds become available to withdraw. Before writing the campaign headline, decide the deposit threshold, cap, wagering basis, contribution rules, expiry and maximum permitted bet. The visible offer should agree with the configured campaign.
Version the offer, then show progress
Racko separates campaigns from their rule versions. The operator can configure deposit matches, step bonuses, reloads, loss cashback and free rounds. The player bonus surface exposes entitlements, remaining funds and wagering progress. Sequential step offers show the lowest unused step in a group, which helps keep a multi-deposit sequence understandable.
Explain what is being multiplied
A wagering multiple is incomplete without a basis. Multiplying the bonus amount is different from multiplying the deposit or the combined deposit and bonus. Game contributions, maximum bets and expiry change the practical offer too. Put these conditions close to the opt-in action, and explain that a player needs to select the deposit offer before funding.
Keep reward types distinct
VIP points track progression. Rakeback accrues from eligible stakes. Cashback follows an eligible loss calculation and cycle. Referral rewards have attribution and activity requirements. These are related tools, but calling all of them cashback makes both support and player understanding harder. Likewise, the documented race prize is a bonus with wagering; a tournament cash prize follows a different path.
Test the edges, not only the happy path
Inspect an expiring entitlement, a forfeited bonus and a deposit that arrives after an offer selection. Confirm the expected behavior for excluded rounds, bonus-only play and account restrictions. The goal is not to add more terms. It is to make the terms, configuration and actual wallet behavior agree so a player can understand the result without opening a support ticket.
