Racko is software for operators. The public demo is a sandbox, not a licensed casino. Product controls do not establish that a deployment is authorized in a particular market.

Controls in the product

The documented release includes account restrictions, KYC review, deposit, loss and session limits, and timed or permanent self-exclusion. Operators configure these controls and must test how they work across gameplay, payments, rewards and support.

Player support

If you are a player with an account or gambling concern, contact the operator of that account. Racko enterprise support cannot access or resolve balances held by a separate operator. Do not send identity documents or account secrets to the marketing inbox.

Deployment planning

Include responsible-gambling procedures, access controls, staff training and market-specific requirements in your operational review before enabling real-money activity.
